Traditional Farmhouse
This new construction project in Encinitas features an indoor-outdoor living space we designed and installed that is great for family entertainment.
Inspired by the owner’s personal style, we incorporated a traditional color palette with clean eggshell whites and flowing grasses throughout the property into their San Diego landscape architecture.
Classic white designs supported with a traditional style of brick and an open feel create a clean design that is similar to the home’s interior color scheme.
Slide open the living room doors and create a unique transitional space that is ideal for seamless entertainment for the kids as they play in the grass and the adults as they enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a covered BBQ. The space is prime for outdoor living activities by featuring a pizza oven, fridge, and large grill covered by an eggshell colored pergola.
The family can enjoy the Bocci Ball court during the day and the outdoor space all year around. The pathways are lit with LED lighting along the blue Flagstone pavers that match the cool gray concrete driveway and steppers. They can use the wood burning fireplace with Balboa Thick Brick veneer for entertainment or warmth with the ceiling heaters.
The landscape design features many varieties of plants and shrubs with a few of our favorites including; fruitless Olive Tree, Purple Smoke Tree, Red Yucca, Tall Lady Slipper, and Chardonnay Grape.
